Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SocialBase (the “Service”), operated by INFJ Studio Inc (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Questions: support@socialbasehq.com.

The Service

SocialBase lets you configure automations that reply to comments and direct messages on Instagram professional accounts you connect, and that qualify and organize the resulting leads. The Service uses Instagram’s official API.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any business you represent. You are responsible for your account credentials, the automations and content you create, and all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may connect only Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must use the Service in compliance with Instagram’s and Meta’s terms, policies, and Community Guidelines, and with applicable law. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass, or distribute unlawful content. You are responsible for the messages your automations send.

Instagram & Meta

Your use of connected Instagram accounts is also subject to Instagram’s and Meta’s terms. SocialBase is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Where we offer a free trial, your plan begins billing when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Any money-back guarantee applies as described at sign-up.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain rights to the content you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFJ Studio Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law or platform requirements.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
